The holidays are approaching fast.
I feel like I am running out of time to buy presents for my nieces and nephews.
I have extended family coming to my house to celebrate the holidays. Normally we would go to my grandparents to have a holiday dinner and exchange presents. However they past away last year and we sold the house. It’s sad but there are a lot of memories that come out of our yearly tradition. We decided to keep up the tradition once they passed away because it is important to always have your family around for the holidays. Before everyone came I wanted to prepare my house. I wanted to have it decorated, all of the food bought and the presents wrapped. Not to mention I wanted to make sure my furnace was good to go before I had guests over. I wanted my family to feel comfortable and not feel bombarded by heat. I always call my HVAC provider before every season starts to inspect my HVAC system. The first thing that my HVAC technician will do is check the heat exchanger surface for cracks or signs of wear. He will also verify that I have proper airflow and blower operation. Not to mention he’ll also check my gas valves and electrical components. My HVAC provider has an inspection list that I will always receive a copy of when he’s done. There’s about thirty things on that list that he checks to make sure my HVAC system is running efficiently.
