Need another solution, candles are hot

I figured, at least I would be able to light my house until the power came back on.

I live in a actually particular part of the country, where it is tepid plus humid for a enjoyable part of the year. My friend and I have a actually particular landscape around us, which includes tons of tall trees plus dense forest. Therefore, we don’t gain a ton of airflow from wind or cooling breezes in this part of the country. However, I can tell you that when we do gain blustery winds, it throws our city into complete chaos. You see, since the city where I live now is surrounded by harshly tall plus thick trees, this means, whenever we have a storm or a windy afternoon, we officially have power lines taken out by the tall limbs. I have never lost power so officially in my life. It feels like every week or two we have at least a couple of hours separate from lights or modern appliances – if not a few days of camping out. For a while, this lack of energy absolutely freaked me out. I hated losing my lights, so I started stocking up on candles. I figured, at least I would be able to light my house until the power came back on. However, I did not consider how intensively candles would heat up my home. With a few dozen flames burning throughout the house, the indoor air temperature actually began to increase. The issue is further complicated, since the lack of power also means that we lose our air conditioning system. With tepid plus humid temperatures outdoors, the last thing that you need is a failed air conditioner plus extra accumulating heat inside the house.
