Selecting a Contractor

Selecting a Contractor

My best friend owns her own hair salon.

I’m very proud of her and she just opened it last week.

She’s had a lot of clients so far and I’m one of them. The outside and inside of her salon is very modern. It looks hip and it has very reputable reviews so far. She’s out done her competitors and she has been receiving a lot of business lately. One day I showed up to my appointment to get my hair trimmed to get all of the dead ends off. My friend looked extremely stressed out when I got there. I asked her what the problem was and she told me that her HVAC system stopped working yesterday. She told me that an HVAC business was supposed to show up for the appointment early this morning but they never did. I told her to call my HVAC provider. My provider that I use is family owned and operated. They don’t leave a mess when they’re finished repairing and they’re very affordable. I even suggested to her important facts when choosing an HVAC provider. I was told to make sure that the technician that comes out is a state licensed contractor. Contractors should also complete a very thorough inspection of your system and offer you multiple options when it comes to repairing and replacing your system. And a business should be able to respond promptly to service calls. I told my friend to not call the HVAC business that did not show up for her schedule appointment. A business should be organized and know when they need to serve their clients.
