New Systems With Older Parts

The other day I was outside gardening.

  • I was planting my Summer vegetables in the heat.

It wasn’t the smartest idea to start planting them in the middle of the day, however I was too lazy to wake up any earlier. After I planted most of my vegetables, I put together a fence to keep out unwanted critters. Last Summer I planted sunflowers plus they were growing actually nice when I went out to water them plus saw that something ate the top of the flower! I had a feeling it was the deer that live around my house. To avoid this happening again, I put up a five foot wire fence to keep curious critters out. Once I was done I went inside to cool off plus make supper. I went to my temperature control to turn the programmed temperature down, but for some reason the A/C wasn’t kicking on. I went downstairs to check my system plus I couldn’t hear it turning on. That’s when I decided to call my Heating, Ventilation plus A/C specialist. She showed up plus told me that my heat pump was broken. She recommended that it be updated plus she also mentioned replacing the air duct. I asked him why because I felt like she wanted more money from me. I was wrong, the reason why she commanded in replacing my air duct too is because installing a modern high-efficiency heat pump plus using outdated air duct can affect performance. The air duct can be leaky or unreasonable plus may not be sized for the modern heat pump. I accepted her suggestions plus allowed him to continue repairing.
