Furnace Maintenance

Furnace Maintenance

The holidays are approaching fast.

I feel like I am running out of time to buy presents for my nieces and nephews.

I have extended family coming to my dwelling to celebrate the holidays; Normally we would go to my Grandparents to have a holiday dinner and exchange presents. However they past away last year and we sold the house. It’s worried but there are a lot of memories that come out of our yearly tradition; We decided to keep up the tradition once they passed away because it is pressing to consistently have your family around for the holidays. Before all the people came I wanted to prepare my house. I wanted to have it decorated, all of the food bought and the presents wrapped. Not to mention I wanted to make sure my furnace was fine to go before I had guests over. I wanted my family to feel comfortable and not feel bombarded by heat. I consistently call my Heating & A/C provider before every season starts to inspect my Heating & A/C system. The first thing that my Heating & A/C company will do is check the heat exchanger surface for cracks or signs of wear. He will also verify that I have regular airflow and blower operation. Not to mention he’ll also check my gas valves and electrical components; My Heating & A/C provider has an inspection list that I will consistently receive a copy of when he’s done. There’s about thirty things on that list that he checks to make sure my Heating & A/C system is running efficiently.
