I’ve never been the type of man to clean. I despise cleaning anything in my house. I don’t mind doing the dishes but if I have to dust or vacuum, forget about it. I have allergies too and you guess that it would be an incentive for me to scrub more. Well it’s not, I’d rather do other things around my dwelling then clean. I’d rather be outside maintaining my vegetable garden, planting flowers or going on a hike. I do need to change my mindset though when it comes to cleaning my home. The last time an Heating & A/C company came to my dwelling he was a little distraught on how dirty my air filter was. I have another appointment with my Heating & A/C provider this week and I’m curious if he’s going to make the same reaction. When he got to my home, I saw how disgusted he was again when he changed my air filter. He commanded some repair things that I do to maintain the efficiency of my Heating & A/C system. He told me that I should be changing my air filter at least four times a year. I also should make sure that the supply and return vents are open and not restrained by furniture. He also commanded that I inspect my outdoor component to make sure nothing is blocking the airflow to it. I listened to his advice and planned on doing his suggestions before he visits next time. If I performed all of these tips, my system would run more smoothly and my system could potentially last longer.
