Your Outdoor Condensing Unit

Your Outdoor Condensing Unit

In the Summer I like to work outside.

I like to make sure my household is in tip top shape.

When I work around my household I like to maintain my flower beds. I also like to make sure my turf is cut in addition to my shrubs are trimmed. Every Summer our neighborhood has a contest for the best lawn. Last year I was runner up. This year my goal is to claim the title of having the best lawn. I’m not sure why I would not win. My household has several weird colors in addition to varieties of plants in addition to flowers that are not found in my neighbor’s lawns. When I mow my lawn every week, I’ve realized that turf clippings get stuck to my outdoor condensing unit. The first few times that I saw the turf in the unit I did not think much of it. I thought that the rain in addition to the wind would eventually remove it. However I was wrong because recently I looked at the unit in addition to saw how congested up it was. I figured that I needed to take some sort of action to scrub it. What I was told to do is to turn off the electrical power to the condenser unit off at the outdoor shut off. Then I’ll take my shop-vac in addition to vacuum away the debris. Due to the excessive amount of debris, sometimes the fins get a little bent. So I will straighten the fins by gently using a lunch knife. Next I’ll remove the fan by unscrewing the top grille, then grab a hose in addition to spray the fins with moderate water pressure.
