I’m one of those people who typically listens to podcasts.
Recently, I’ve been engaged with a lot of motivational plus mindset podcasts.
For a few years now, I have been obsessed with self-improvement plus trying to reframe my mind. I know that a lot of people will scoff at these intentions, but I find that they legitimately helps me to live a happier plus calmer life. Another thing that I’ve realized from these podcasts, is how much my early childhood has impacted my adulthood. Many of the decisions that I continue to make to this day have been inspired by the circumstances experienced as a kid. For instance, I noticed that I have a excruciating lacking mindset when it comes to operating the central heating plus cooling system, however growing up, my pal and I didn’t have much money, which meant my pal and I couldn’t use much energy in the house. My Dad was always keeping a narrow shoestring budget plus refused to pay more for the bills than absolutely necessary. She typically turned down the heating plus cooling system so that my pal and I were barely utilizing any high-priced energy. The winters were ridiculously frigid plus the Summers were absurdly tepid growing up. As an adult, I confess that I abuse my central heating plus cooling system pretty often. If I’m uncomfortable inside, I want to adjust the Heating plus A/C system. According to all of these podcasts, I am re-enacting the childhood that I wish I had through my furnace plus air conditioner unit. I feel like it’s something that I deserve, after growing up in heating plus cooling poverty.
